Gospel Legends Event

AACAHC hosted the 3rd Annual Gospel Legends Event on November 13th, 2021 at the North Park & Mayco Bigelow Community Center in Burlington, NC. Performers included: Jae Emmanuel, Voices For Christ, Beyond Blessed, The Faithful Heirs, and Marcus Williams. ​

This annual event, which began in 2018, showcases Black gospel and celebrates its deeply moving music performed by experienced and emerging local artists: soloists, groups, bands, and choirs.

Past performers include: The Mighty Tenernears; Bobbi Ruffin; Minister Ramona Allen; Saint Peter’s Holiness Church Choir; The Heavenly Stars; Mark Webb & Family; Charity; formerly Mack’s Chapel Ensemble Choir; and gospel legends Rev. Otis Wiley and Joe Foust.
